In Store PurchasesĪny items purchased in store can be returned within 14 days and must be in their original packaging and in brand new, unworn condition. Should you choose to return your full priced order for a refund, Silvermoon will retain any original $5.00 shipment costs incurred. Silvermoon offers free shipping (on applicable orders) with the tacit understanding that the customer will keep the goods purchased. Please understand our stores are unable to process a full refund, however they can assist you find another item to exchange for, or issue you an in store credit note voucher for you to redeem your balance in store within 12 months You are more than welcome to visit us in store to return your purchase if this is more convenient for you. Please note Silvermoon does not take responsibility for any items lost in the process of being returned to us and we recommend a traceable method. We will raise a credit, exchange or refund once your return has been received and accepted by Silvermoon. Please allow 1-2 business days for your return to be processed.
